Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing, entering patient and drug information, and checking for interactions.
• Process manual and third-party prescription claims and support clerical duties.
• Lead pharmacy department inventory activities, including ordering and stocking pharmaceuticals.
• Support pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist to improve financial, customer service and KPI performance.
