Qualifications

• CPhT certification and California Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Pyxis, narcotic control, QI, or as a pharmacy buyer/biller/analyst; or Pharmacy School graduate; or expanded responsibilities across areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in preparing medications (oral and parenteral).
• Distribute medications, perform record keeping and billing duties; manage inventory levels.
• Assist in medication histories for patients where needed.
