Qualifications

• California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) required.
• 1 year hospital pharmacy experience or IV sterile compounding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, fill and prepare first and subsequent doses with pharmacist check.
• Deliver medications to designated locations and manage timely exchanges.
• Prepare IV admixtures per USP 797/800 guidelines and ensure batch delivery times.
• Monitor PAR levels and ensure proper medication storage to prevent degradation.
• Manage Pyxis operations: refill, load/unload, scanning and checks.
• Identify medication safety improvements and participate in safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and Sharp policies.
