Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists under supervision and support daily pharmacy operations at our Duncan, SC location.

You will enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems, dispense prescriptions, verify accuracy, and assist with inventory while maintaining excellent customer service. Must have PTCB or ExCPT certification and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision with dispensing and workflow.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems accurately.
• Verify medicine correctness and check for potential interactions.
