Job summary

Under pharmacist supervision, you will enter patient data, fill prescriptions, verify medicines, assist with scheduling and inventory, and support clinical services while maintaining policy compliance and strong patient relations.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire where required.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists pharmacists in entering patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and filling prescriptions.
• Checks for drug interactions and supports inventory management and KPI reviews.
• Provides support for clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers when needed.
