Rush Oak Park Hospital in Oak Park, Illinois, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician 3 Certified to support licensed pharmacists in the Pharmacy Department. This full-time role (0.9–1.0 FTE) offers a Shift 4 schedule, 8 Hr shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a pay range of $23.12–$32.66 per hour.

The technician will perform technical duties, participate in training, uphold policies, and ensure safe medication preparation while advancing Rush's mission.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
• EXCPT and/or PTCB certification.
• Grandfathered license holders before 2008.
• At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed pharmacists in pharmacy operations and dispense duties.
• Coach/train other technicians and pharmacy students.
• Follow departmental policies; uphold Rush mission and values.
• Manage inventory, ADC restocks, and medication labeling.
• Ensure accurate EPIC labeling and dosage calculations.
• Maintain safety and compliance with USP standards and regulations.
