Qualifications

- Current State of Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
- EXCPT and/or PTCB certification.
- Licensed before Jan 1, 2008 grandfathered; not required to be nationally certified.
- At least 6 months of prior pharmacy technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists and perform Technician II duties with leadership.
- Participate in training and development for technicians and students.
- Handle technical operations, ADC restock, and dispense medication accurately.
- Use EPIC for technical requests and manage inventory in pharmacy workflow.
- Maintain compliance with USP and aseptic techniques for sterile/non-sterile compounding.
