Highmark Health is seeking a Pharmacy Program Manager to advance formulary and utilization management strategies in a hybrid work model within 50 miles of our corporate office. You will lead evidence-based reviews, collaborate with analytics teams and external vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff while shaping patient-centered pharmacy programs and policies.

Formación

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
Registered Pharmacist (Non-State Specific) required.

Responsabilidades

Lead formulary and UM program initiatives aligned with savings goals.
Develop drug formularies by monitoring FDA approvals and pipelines.
Write drug monographs for Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee review.
Implement utilization management programs (prior authorization, dose/duration edits, quantity limits, step therapy).
Ensure regulatory compliance of formulary and UM policies.
Collaborate with analytics and external vendors for real-world evidence.
Provide peer review of medication reviews and strategy deliverables.
Develop educational initiatives for physicians, clients, and members.
Manage department process improvements and project execution with leadership.
