Job summary

The incumbent may write drug monographs for committee review and lead education initiatives across providers, clients, and members.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and eligible for licensure.
• 5 years of related, progressive experience in the pharmacy area OR PGY-1 + 2 years.
• Experience in managed care pharmacy strategy, formulary administration, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulary and UM strategy development to support savings goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for prescription drug benefits and formulary operations.
• Collaborate with analytics teams and vendors to generate real-world evidence for strategy.
• Review medication utilization and write drug monographs for committee reviews.
• Educate physicians, clients, and members on formulary strategies and programs.
• Manage department projects and drive process improvements.
