Job summary

Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (PharmD, BSPharm) required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Pharmacy license required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in healthcare system pharmacy preferred.
- Leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- ASHP-accredited residency preferred.
- Experience in delivering consulting services in healthcare or pharmacy settings preferred.
- Experience managing, optimizing, or supporting 340B programs preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to design and implement pharmacy initiatives that enhance patient care and deliver measurable cost savings.
- Conduct assessments of pharmacy and medication-management programs across health systems and clinics.
- Develop strategic operating plans that enhance value, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Provide hands-on implementation support to achieve defined objectives.
- Support development and launch of new or enhanced services and solutions.
