Job summary

UH Pavilion in Texas is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Manager to oversee, plan and manage pharmacy services within the organization. The role ensures high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient pharmacy operations in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

The incumbent will ensure regulatory compliance with TJC, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid, the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, USP standards, URAC, ACHC, and DEA, while maintaining strong professional relations with patients, physicians and health care

Responsibilities

• Oversees, plans and manages pharmacy services in their assigned functional area.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient pharmacy services.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies including TJC, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid, Texas State Board of Pharmacy, USP 795/797/800, OSHA, and DEA.
• Serve as liaison for pharmacy services with patients, physicians and other health care professionals to optimize patient care and customer service.
