Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Pharmacy; Pharm D or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts with an active license without restrictions
• Completes 20 CE credits per year as required by MA Board of Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily department operations and strategy execution
• Ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient counseling
• Develops, monitors, and manages the department budget and cost controls
• Drive growth, improve Capture, and enhance site performance
• Mentor pharmacy staff and promote a culture of service excellence
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and regulatory policies
