Atrius Health and Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seek a clinical leader to oversee Behavioral Health operations across MA. The role focuses on aligning clinical activity with quality and access targets while fostering continuous improvement and staff development.

You will supervise physicians, APNs and behavioral health clinicians, maintain an active practice, and collaborate with hospitals, community partners and administrative leaders to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified and licensed in MA.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS may be required based on specialty.
• 5+ years of clinician leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex healthcare organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Behavioral Health Division to meet access, service and quality standards.
• Align clinical activities with mission strategies and department initiatives.
• Promote accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, budgeting and financial performance of the division.
• Ensure standards of care and coordination across clinics, hospitals and home care.
• Maintain active clinical practice while guiding staff and clinicians.
