Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Pharmacy Innovation Specialist to join the Clinical Innovation group. You will lead pharmacy initiatives across the network, driving operational excellence, medication access, and advanced therapies in collaboration with practice leaders and clinicians.

The role emphasizes project management, process improvement, and change management to scale programs, align with regulatory and reimbursement considerations, and support oncology services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in pharmacy operations, oncology, medication access, specialty pharmacy, healthcare project management, or a related field.
• Experience in identifying process inefficiencies, implementing workflow improvements, and driving operational excellence.
• Project management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive execution of pharmacy initiatives by guiding subject matter experts and cross-functional teams using project management, performance improvement, and change management tools.
• Design, develop, and refine operational frameworks to launch, pilot, and scale innovative pharmacy services across OneOncology partner practices.
• Coordinate with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement priorities.
• Monitor program performance using analytical tools and develop action plans based on KPIs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
