Ideal candidates should possess a PharmD and a current pharmacist license, along with a minimum of two years of oncology pharmacy experience. Preferred qualifications include management experience and board certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of oncology pharmacy experience required.
• Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review practice-changing oncology publications and clinical data.
• Manage daily operations of Shared Pharmacy Services.
• Support regimen reviews and builds within operational processes.
• Communicate with pharmacy staff for consistency in regimen build.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of oncology medications

Ability to work independently

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficiency with MS Office

Education

PharmD

Current, unrestricted pharmacist license
