Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Sr. Pharmacy Innovation Specialist to join the Clinical Innovation team. This role focuses on implementing and scaling pharmacy programs, improving medication access, and integrating services across the OneOncology network.

The position requires strong project management skills, experience in healthcare/pharmacy operations, and the ability to work with clinicians and executives to drive strategic priorities. Remote-friendly with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in pharmacy operations, oncology, or related fields.
Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving workflow improvements.
Project management experience preferred.
Experience in oncology settings or specialty/pharmacy environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead pharmacy initiatives across OneOncology partner practices using PM, performance improvement, and change management methods.
Develop and refine operational frameworks to launch and scale innovative pharmacy services.
Collaborate with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, and operations to optimize workflows and prioritise priorities.
Support cellular therapy, specialty pharmacy, medication access, and infusion operations initiatives.
