Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Pharmacy Implementation Manager Senior to lead and coordinate implementation workstreams across a portfolio of cross-BU services for internal and external clients. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 1–2 days per week, with flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance, and alternate locations considered within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in health insurance.
• 3 years' experience in leading workstreams and/or solutioning projects.
• Equivalent background through combined education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan workstreams across implementation projects for cross-service offerings.
• Collaborate with leadership across business units to improve processes and implementation speed.
• Define requirements related to usability, reliability, performance, and support for implementations.
• Monitor progress, communicate status, and escalate issues per governance.
