Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field required with 5+ years in health insurance and 3+ years leading workstreams or solutioning projects.
• Graduate degree or professional designation related to field preferred.
• Experience with project management and cross-BU coordination highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or plan workstreams across implementation projects for a portfolio of cross-service offerings.
• Partner with leadership across business units to drive process improvements and ensure quality, compliance, and speed of execution.
• Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements for implementations.
