Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Electronic Technology or Biomedical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of hospital policies and departmental procedures.
• Proficient as an end-user of pharmacy software.
• Experience designing and/or managing databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of pharmacy business applications and serve as senior liaison for issue triage, system recovery, and hardware/software support with internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate and perform routine and specialized preventive maintenance on department technology solutions, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and tested.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures, replace parts or modules, and calibrate to manufacturer specs.
• Communicate with vendors and clinical staff to solve problems; train new employees.
• Perform other duties to meet department and institution goals; maintain regular attendance; support performance reviews.
