You will monitor processes, verify compliance with procedures, safeguard equipment integrity, and collaborate with pharmacists and IT to optimize workflows, protect patient safety, and support a patient-centered pharmacy operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required within 6 months of hire.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with Automated Dispensing Cabinet (Ex, Pyxis, Omnicell) preferred.
• Experience with Drug Diversion Monitoring and Detection Software (Bluesight/ControlCheck) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain automated medication distribution systems to achieve high-quality standards of care in pharmacy storage and distribution.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of processes surrounding automated distribution of medications to evaluate compliance with procedures and integrity of equipment.
