Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Electronic Technology or Biomedical Engineering.
• Proficient end-user of pharmacy software required.
• Experience designing and/or managing databases required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of pharmacy business applications and serve as a senior liaison for issue triage and hardware/software support with internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate routine and specialized preventive maintenance on department technology solutions, testing, and equipment installation per specs.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures, replace parts, and calibrate per manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate with vendors, research and clinical staff to solve problems; train new employees.
• Perform other duties to meet department and institutional goals; maintain regular attendance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and promote patient safety.
• Support performance reviews and engage in Check In milestones and annual reviews.
