Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy analytics or healthcare consulting is required.
• Experience in analytics, financial modeling, and large datasets.
• Ability to present complex information to senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven solutions and programs for pharmacy clients.
• Manage project plans across multiple engagements and ensure timely milestones.
• Facilitate client meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and benchmarking to generate insights.
• Collaborate with Spend Management, Analytics, and Pharmacy Leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Analyze contracting, 340B and WAC considerations to identify savings opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, executive presentations and reporting tools for leadership.
