Qualifications

• 2 years of data analysis, BI, or analytics experience in structured datasets.
• 1 year of analytics supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical operations preferred.
• Experience in hospital or integrated health system environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and integrates pharmacy data from multiple sources with accuracy.
• Designs and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for diverse stakeholders.
• Performs advanced data analysis and trend modeling to drive decisions.
• Generates analytics on patient outcomes, costs, reimbursements, and supply chain.
• Develops data governance documentation and lineage to ensure clarity and reuse.
