Competenze

• 5 years of related, progressive experience in the pharmacy area of specialization or completion of an accredited PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency Program plus 2 additional years of related experience
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Registered Pharmacist (Non-State Specific) license required

Mansioni

• Lead formulary and UM program initiatives to support enterprise value creation and cost savings
• Ensure regulatory compliance for prescription drug benefit, formularies, and UM policies
• Collaborate with analytics and external vendors to generate real-world evidence for pharmacy strategy
• Review and develop education initiatives for physicians, clients, and members to promote formulary utilization
• Manage projects and drive process improvements within the department
• Mentor and guide junior staff and participate in cross-functional committees
