Qualifikationen

• Pharmacy degree required (BS or PharmD).
• Active Pharmacist license required.
• PGY-1 residency plus 2 years of related experience may be considered.

• Lead formulary and utilization management program initiatives.
• Monitor FDA approvals and drug manufacturer pipelines.
• Develop and implement utilization management programs (prior authorization, dose edits, step therapy).
• Ensure regulatory compliance for prescription drug benefit and formularies.
• Educate physicians, clients, and members on formulary strategies and UM programs.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
