Qualifications

• 5 years of related, progressive experience in pharmacy, or completion of an accredited PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency Program plus 2 additional years of related experience
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Strong knowledge of formulary development and utilization management concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead formulary & UM strategy development and program initiatives
• Support regulatory compliance related to prescription drug benefits and formulary oversight
• Collaborate with analytics and external vendors to generate real-world evidence
• Develop and implement physician, client and member education initiatives
• Provide guidance to junior team members and mentor the team
• Oversee project management and process improvements within the department
