Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Registered Pharmacist license required
• ≥5 years of related experience or PGY-1 plus 2 years experience in pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Develop formulary and UM program initiatives for savings goals.
• Monitor FDA approvals and drug pipelines for formulary decisions.
• Create and review drug monographs for committee review.
• Lead prior authorization and other UM policy implementations.
• Educate physicians, payers, and members on pharmacy strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional committees and analytics collaborations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and support leadership
