Qualifications

  • Proven track record in quality assurance, medication safety, and error prevention.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge: DEA/Controlled Substances, USP, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and minimizing waste.
  • Leadership: ability to mentor junior pharmacists and drive continuous professional development.
  • Ability to analyze pipelines and metrics to forecast demand and territory performance.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and on-site presence.
  • Development and upkeep of SOPs; initiative in process improvement.
  • On-site strategic thinker with target-driven mindset and high work visibility.

  • Represent the pharmacy in internal meetings, communicating results and progress clearly.
