Experience/Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist with active pharmacy license and eligibility for local practice.

Provide outpatient pharmaceutical care with evidence-based prescribing and safety focus.

Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, contraindications, and dosing.

Ensure regulatory, safety, and confidentiality compliance in all activities.

Counsel patients on medications, adherence strategies, and potential adverse effects.

Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to optimize therapy.

Accurate documentation of clinical interventions and maintenance of patient records.

Monitor and report adverse drug events; contribute to safety and quality improvements.

Inventory management: stock rotation, waste minimization, and controlled substance handling.

Utilize data, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and growth targets.

Mentor and educate team on new therapies, guidelines, and best practices.

Support outreach and patient engagement to expand clinic reach.
