Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a pharmacist leader for our Portland, OR office. The role focuses on supervising daily dispensing operations, ensuring safe medication orders, and maintaining regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and driving KPI-based performance.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and vendors to optimize inventory, pricing and delivery, with a culture that supports professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with supervisory authority required.
• Experience leading daily dispensing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosages, and clinical guidance.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Proven mentorship and staff development capabilities.
• Experience planning territory-based growth and sales pipelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and vendors.
• Vendor management and contract awareness.

Responsibilities
