Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is essential; advanced education is a plus.
• 3–5 years’ market research experience; pharma experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative design and understanding of statistical methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and act as lead Project Director when needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute quantitative pharmaceutical marketing research projects with limited guidance.
• Apply knowledge of the pharma industry to market research needs across product life cycles.
• Design quantitative studies and apply statistical methods.
• Lead multiple projects and contribute as lead project director.
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate findings clearly.
• Analyze data and present insights through clear reports and visuals.
• Prepare near-final reports with minimal edits.
