Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, multi-faceted pharmaceutical advertising campaigns. You will coordinate multiple projects, manage a Project Manager or team, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience is required.

The role demands strong forecasting, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration, with a fixed-term contract arrangement and flexible in-office/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Experience with timeline development and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project and staffing plans.
• Liaise between agency teams and partners.
• Forecast upcoming work and manage budgets and timelines.
• Communicate status updates across departments.
• Manage processes and provide feedback to teams.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements.
