Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams in business, IT, and vendors. You will drive planning, governance, risk, and change management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in project management, and US work eligibility. PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of work experience in project management
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex medium sized or one large project, with internal/external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience
• Adhere to Prime Project Lifecycle methodology and complete PM artifacts including work breakdown structures, integrated project plans and change logs
• Manage projects through lifecycle using Release, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Interface with governance, business and IT leadership, distributors, vendors and clients to address issues/risks and ensure budget adherence
• Analyze and establish service quality baselines; monitor, report, and communicate trends to leadership
• Resolve internal/external team conflicts to align with objectives and schedule
• Mentor Project Managers and support PM Practice development and continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned
