Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Wilmington, NC to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC and production equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical processing environment.

The role requires reading P&IDs, following cGMPs, and coordinating with engineers and vendors. Candidates should have 2–5 years in pharma/regulated settings, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a regulated environment (FDA, NRC or similar).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Prior pharma/cGMP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled P.M.’s on equipment and records data per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Assists in installation and retrofit of facilities equipment per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Keeps Maintenance Management informed of developments on a routine basis.
