Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager with pharmaceutical/clean room exposure to lead commercial construction in the Malvern, PA area. You will oversee budgets, schedules, preconstruction activities, and coordination with design teams and owners.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of PM experience in healthcare or life sciences projects, a related degree, and strong technical skills including interpreting drawings and using Primavera, Prolog, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience with MS Office and construction PM software (e.g., Prolog, Primavera).
• Ability to review design documents with the owner and design team, and manage preconstruction activities.
• Proven budgeting and cost control capabilities; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects with a focus on pharmaceutical/clean room environments.
• Review bid packages, schedules, and develop site utilization plans.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors; participate in pre-bid conferences.
• Manage project staffing, budgets, and overall financial health of projects.
• Provide value engineering input and ensure adherence to project criteria and schedules.
