You will own client relationships, program delivery, and governance across analytics, data, AI, and technology initiatives. The role requires 12+ years in client-facing engagement or program management, with strong communication, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing engagement/program management experience, preferably with pharma/life sciences clients.
• Strong governance and financial acumen to manage SOWs, budgets, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior engagement lead and primary client partner for Pharma programs.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, milestones, risks, and resource planning.
• Drive governance via regular client reviews, steering meetings, and status reporting.
• Manage commercial aspects, including SOWs, budgets, utilization, and change requests.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and add value.
