EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our team, delivering global, regional, and country forecasts with cross‑functional partners. The role emphasizes building forecasting models, presenting insights to senior leadership, and using Python to automate processes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of pharma forecasting experience, strong TA expertise, and experience in scenario planning and analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in forecasting methods, scenario planning, and analytics awareness.
• Basic Python proficiency to support forecasting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts to support planning.
• Forecast at brand, franchise, regional, and country levels with insights.
• Apply quantitative techniques and sensitivity analyses to assess risks.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models with appropriate assumptions.
• Analyze historical performance and market drivers to improve accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with best practices and new technologies.
