Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, with TA expertise.
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions and prepare concept notes.
• Basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics.
• Strong TA expertise in Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases.
• Experience delivering forecasts across global markets and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Forecast at brand, franchise, regional, and country levels with insights.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to assess risk.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models and methodologies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new forecasting technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
