Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join the Pharma Customer practice. You will deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels as a key stakeholder in cross‑functional teams, developing assumptions, concept notes, and impactful presentations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics activities.

Qualifications

• Pharma forecasting experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with forecasting models and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Forecast at regional and country levels; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models; justify assumptions and methodologies.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Present findings to senior leadership to support decision‑making.
