Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Commercial analytics and Forecasting team. You will work as a key stakeholder to deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels and to develop assumptions and presentations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics; you will automate processes and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics experience.
• Experience delivering forecasts across global, regional, and country levels.
• Strong TA expertise and ability to develop forecasting assumptions.
• Proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present complex insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Conduct country-, regional-, and global-level forecasting providing insights.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecast challenges.
• Build and validate forecasting models and select methods.
• Prepare notes, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with new forecasting technologies.
