Job summary

Fractal is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Manager for Pharma/Life Sciences to lead strategic engagements in the US. You will own client relationships, program delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination across analytics, data, AI, and technology initiatives.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive revenue and change management across multiple workstreams. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role located in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in client-facing engagement/program management roles.
• Experience with large enterprise pharma/life sciences or healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Digital, and Technology programs.
• Excellent governance, planning, risk management, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior engagement lead and primary client partner for assigned Pharma programs.
• Build relationships with senior business, technology, data, and analytics stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end program delivery including scope, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Drive governance through reviews, steering meetings, status reporting, and escalations.
• Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, budgets, utilization, revenue tracking, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, data science, analytics and product teams for execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and add value to the client.
• Mitigate delivery risks and translate client priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and delivery leads on the account.
