GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer 3 to serve as a technical expert on PET/NUC/CT modalities. The role is remote but requires onsite work at customer locations within the Houston service area, with occasional work from a home office.

You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and validate complex equipment, lead junior engineers, and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence. Requires after-hours availability and regional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced technical capabilities in PET/NUC/CT including troubleshooting, repair and installation.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work after hours or on-call including weekends.
• Experience with Web apps and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on assigned equipment.
• May also perform installation, validation and maintenance.
• Lead and coach less experienced Field Engineers.
• Communicate with customers and act as escalation point.
• Own customer issues from dispatch to resolution with team alignment.
• Contribute to HQ/Regional initiatives and meetings.
• Co-lead modality meetings as required.
• Recommend value-added services to optimize customer operations.
• Maintain service logs, parts orders, and cycle times.
• Follow GEHC escalation process and action plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and region leadership to growth.
• Support training of clinical staff on equipment.
