Alluvionic Inc. seeks a Senior Personnel Security Assistant to support the Office of Security Programs at the U.S. Marshals Service.

The role involves assisting with initial investigations and reinvestigations for the federal background process, with a requirement to maintain a Top Secret/High Risk Public Trust eligibility. The position is onsite and requires US citizenship and a favorable clearance. You will collaborate with government agencies, contractors, and federal staff while handling

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of specialized experience as a personnel security assistant.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with initiation and review of NBIS eApp (electronic application).
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting NCIC/NLETS inquiries and performing credit checks.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine the appropriate level of initial investigation and reinvestigation depending on the position's designation level.
• Conduct preliminary record checks of CVS to determine if a current reciprocal investigation meets designation requirements.
• Invite the individual into NBIS eApp and assist with eApp access issues.
• Determine if additional inquiries are necessary to resolve discrepant, negative or contradictory information.
• Fingerprint applicants and employees; conduct NCIC/NLETS inquiries; conduct credit checks.
