Job summary

VMD Corp in Herndon, VA seeks a Senior Personnel Security Analyst / Adjudicator to apply ICD 704 and EO 12968 to highly complex cases. You will lead by example in production, data integrity, and team leadership as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Adjudication Board.

The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, a related bachelor7s degree (or equivalent experience), and a track record of high-level adjudication and interview-based resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (in a related field) plus 5 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of ICD 704 regulations and counterintelligence concerns.
• Ability to lead teams and brief senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Expert Case Management: independently manage a caseload of over 100 cases across stages, meeting production standards.
• High-Level Adjudication: evaluate complex cases and render expert decisions per ICD 704.
• Leadership: lead security teams across disciplines and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Data Integrity: ensure information is captured and uploaded to electronic files (iSTARS/STARgate).
• Subject Interviewing: conduct independent interviews to resolve adjudicative issues.
