Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to support the Office of Security Programs within the U.S. Marshals Service.

The role focuses on adjudication of initial background investigations and reinvestigations, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a federal security context. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in intelligence or security programs, and three years as a security clearance adjudicator, with NBIS eApp

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in intelligence, security, or national security programs.
• Minimum 3 years as a security clearance adjudicator.
• Experience initiating/reviewing NBIS eApp is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyze, and evaluate investigative reports to determine eligibility for USMS.
• Summarize issues on adjudicator worksheets and recommend approval or disapproval.
• Identify, corroborate, and mitigate derogatory information.
• Determine need for additional inquiries to resolve discrepancies and negative findings.
• Provide final recommendations based on established criteria.
