Job summary

Kohl's in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Senior Personalization Analytics Analyst to lead the development, testing and curation of statistical and machine learning models; you will support customer strategy within Marketing and provide consultative analytics to executives and strategy teams.

Responsibilities include data pipeline creation, model governance, GitHub code management, and delivering insights and dashboards to guide technology investments and ROI proofs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Proficiency with Java, Python, or C++ for model development.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying statistical and ML models.
• Experience with RDBMS such as Teradata or MSSQL Server and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong communication and data visualization skills (Jupyter, R Shiny, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Construct and curate datasets for model features.
• Develop methodology for model creation, testing, execution, and maintenance.
• Manage code bases in Github.
• Lead working groups and steering committees with IT partners.
• Lead UAT testing may be required.
• Provide project communications to Marketing leaders.
• Cultivate relationships with business partners.
• Define analytical and reporting requirements with partners.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create dashboards or decks to provide recommendations.
• Demonstrate ROI of technology via proof-of-concept projects.
