• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
• Ensure member service is performed in line with company guidelines and Open Door Policy
• Support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training activities
• Oversee safety compliance, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions
• Oversee ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, resolve customer issues, and identify trends
• Monitor Club Pickup operations, ensure correct order fulfillment, and maintain equipment readiness
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and improve productivity and quality
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity across operations
• Lead and participate in teams, communicate goals, and adapt to change
