Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a leader for its Personal Lines Service Team to manage Client Account Managers handling new and renewal business for clients and producers. The role includes overseeing service workflows, training, and performance management to drive retention and growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in insurance, and strong leadership. Travel for trainings and meetings is expected; Applied Epic and Outlook are primary systems used.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance or related field or a reputable industry designation.
• 5+ years of insurance experience, especially in an independent brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a group of Client Account Managers on the Personal Lines Service Team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage time and PTO within the team.
• Provide performance feedback through quarterly and annual reviews.
• Train associates on processes and workflow procedures.
• Facilitate team and individual meetings in person and virtually.
