Peoples Bank is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Client Account Managers in our Personal Lines Service Team. You will oversee new and renewal business, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, insurance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, especially within an independent brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of a group of Client Account Managers on the Personal Lines Service Team.
• Responsible for performance monitoring including quarterly and annual reviews and actions.
• Trains other associates on efficient processes and workflow procedures.
