Qualificações

• 5+ years of P&C underwriting and sales experience.
• Experience developing/executing business plans and personnel management.
• Experience developing/managing budgets with acceptable variances.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Lines Underwriters.
• Provide technical underwriting guidance and ensure sound risk selection.
• Balance risk with agency relationships to drive profitable portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align underwriting resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of underwriting workflows and service delivery.
